Dreamers, Awake!

Saturday, June 2, 2007, 8 PM
All Souls Unitarian Church
80th Street and Lexington Avenue

An inspiring program of music by the best living composers, YNYC applies its signature sound to music that celebrates the human ability to find hope in troubled times. Featuring the thrillingly acrobatic Leonardo Dreams of His Flying Machine by Eric Whitacre, and including works by Frank Ticheli, Kirke Mechem, and Bono, YNYC will offer world premiers of works by Jonathan Colm, Daniel Nass, and Joshua Shank. I wine reception following the concert affords the audience the opportunity to meet the composers and mingle with the singers.
